Three courses.. no problem! Learn how to produce a delicious dinner party to impress your guests. Lots of tips to ensure you'll be the host with the most! Mitchell & Son have picked excellent wines to complement the meal so there'll be no stopping you entertaining! As always participants will sample all food and wine on the evening.
Far East Fusion - Wednesday 17 February, 6pm to 8pm, €34.50 per person
Why not take a culinary journey through the paddy fields of Thailand, Japan and Vietnam. Favourites like classic red thai curry, crispy tempura and tikka masala are on the menu alongside lesser known delicious dishes like Japanese okonomiyaki. A fusion of flavours await! Mitchells have picked special wines to complement these eastern flavours and will be on hand to give tips on how to choose wines to complement various dishes. As always, participants will sample all food and wine on the evening.
Fish for Thought - Monday 22 February, 6pm to 8pm, €34.50 per person
Fish For Thought is back. This class is a chance to learn a selection of easy tasty fish dishes. Fish is often the most popular dish on restaurant menus but we rarely cook it at home. This is an opportunity to get confident in the kitchen with delicious fish recipes. Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants will be on hand to give great tips on how to select the right wines to complement our fish recipes and of course all food and wine will be sampled.
