Spencer Dock's distinctive offices and luxurious apartments are located in the heart of Dublin's new central business district, the IFSC. Spencer Dock is conveniently and highly accessible, being close to Dart, Luas, bus, rail, Airlink (express link to airport) and water taxi.
The development will create over 300,000 sq m of first class office space. Pricewaterhouse Coopers is the first major tenant to have relocated here in 2007, where they occupy a spectacular 7 store office block which is a landmark building along Dublin's Liffey Quays.
The National Convention Centre designed by award winning architect Kevin Roche will accommodate 2,000+ people and will include a new Shay Cleary Architect designed 5 star hotel. Along with leisure and shopping amenities, Spencer Dock will include 2.5 acres of open green space known as Central Square - this will be the centrepiece of the entire scheme.
