2. Registration
The applicant submits to the Docklands Authority the Section 25 Planning Application Form and accompanying documentation following the Section 25 Guidance Notes provided. The application
is then assigned a provisional registration reference number (a DD number). The applicant must
then erect a written site notice displaying the DD registration number prominently. A copy of the
site notice accompanied by a Declaration of Site Notice and other photographic documentation
must be submitted to the Docklands Authority within 5 working days of the erection of the site notice. Please note a new procedure has now been added for dealing with Deliberate, Vexatious or Accidental Removal of a Site Notice as part of a Section 25 planning application with effect from Monday 8th June 2009. The application shall be considered registered when it appears on the live planning register database
on the Docklands website, commencing one day after the receipt of a complete Declaration.
Third Party Submissions from property owners, residents and others with a property interest within
the relevant Planning Scheme area or immediately adjacent to it can be made to the Docklands
