The Famine Ship Jeanie Johnston

Experience a taste of history in the heart of Dublin Docklands on board the replica 19th century tall ship the Jeanie Johnston. The ship is now available for PRIVATE HIRE and can be booked for Special Events, Product Launches and other Corporate Meetings as required.

From intimate private gatherings to larger parties on deck, the Jeanie Johnston event spaces provide a unique historic and nautical setting for any celebration.

Below deck in the MAIN SALOON this area serves as a museum by day . At night the museum can be easily dismantled and accommodate groups of up to 30 guests fully seated.

The GREAT ROOM at the back of the ship is a lovely space with a large oak table as its centrepiece. It is the perfect area to celebrate that special celebration or private corporate meeting with smaller more intimate groups of 10 persons fully seated.

When hired together all spaces below decks combined can cater for up to 80 guests for a standing buffet reception.

On the open deck outside guests have an opportunity to marvel at the skill, ingenuity and craftwork involved in re-creating this genuine replica of a wooden tall ship, one of the last of its type to sail the Atlantic in the 19th Century. This area can accommodate for groups of 80 persons or more.

Our caterers can provide menus to suit all requirements and budgets. We can also provide a full bar service and entertainment as required.
