OFFSET is back.

The world's top creative talent is coming to Dublin to talk about their work, their ideas and their inspirations. And this year it's bigger and better than ever.

In the Grand Canal Theatre for a 3-day conference featuring a series of incredible presentations, debates, interviews and creative competitions. And there'll be plenty of other surprises thrown in too.

The speakers at OFFSET2010 are internationally recognised in their fields. Some the highlights include the original Mad Man, George Lois, Wired magazine and Condé Nast's digital publishing guru, Scott Dadich, and seminal graphic designer Mark Farrow, whose collaborations with the Pet Shop Boys and spiritualised helped define those bands.

In the run up to the conference, OFFSET will host a week-long programme of creatively inspired events taking place all over the capital, showcasing the very best of Irish and international graphic design, illustration, animation, street art, photography, publishing and advertising. There'll be club nights, live performances, gallery shows, in-store events and much more besides.

With more than 20 other speakers at the event, OFFSET provides a staggering array of experts and field leaders across all aspects of creative media, and is unique in Europe for its size and inclusive approach.
Recent statistics from the ERSI have shown that over 75,000 people are employed in creative media, including illustrators, designers, producers and advertising, making it an extremely important industry for the Irish economy. Last year's conference took place in Liberty Hall Theatre, and sold out seven weeks in advance. This year, the event is more than tripling in size with 2,100 individuals attending, all working or involved in creative media.
