4. Presentation & Board Decision
The Planner's Report including recommendations and any conditions together with any third party observations and applicants' response are circulated to the Board of the Docklands Authority. A decision, either to certify the Section 25 application, reject it or to amend it by way of condition is made by the Board of the Authority. In the case where an application is rejected by the Board, the applicant is notified in writing
of the decision within one week of the Board decision. In the case where an application is certified, the applicant will be issued with a Section 25 Certificate, with conditions where appropriate, in due course.
Any third parties who have made valid submissions on applications will be advised of the decision made by the Board in respect of that application, together with a schedule of any conditions attached to the certification.
