Mitchell & Son Wine Appreciation Course
Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants are delighted to announce the details of their Introductory Wine Appreciation Course to be held in February and March 2009.
The aim of Mitchell & Son Introductory Wine Course is to help participants get to grips with what is on offer in the Irish wine market, and how to get the best from a bottle of wine.
The Course will run on six consecutive Tuesday nights, from 3rd February until 10th March 2008.
The course fee is €295 (special introductory price), which includes all notes, wines tasted in each class, as well as supper each night.
The course will be held in the tasting room, ely chq, Dublin 1 and will commence at 7.00 pm sharp each evening. The lecture and tasting usually finishes at about 9.00pm. After the lecture and tasting, a light supper and glass of wine are served. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements on booking.
Places are limited to 30 participants; therefore applications will be treated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
